1. Milk-curd,salt,radish,radish leaves,salad,tamarind,muskmelon,bel stone,lemon,              pomegranate,jaggery,oil,sattu,urad dal,fish,any source of vitamin c🚫

2. Curd-kheer,milk,paneer,any hot substance,cucumber,muskmelon🚫



3.kheer-source of vitamin c, kathal, lemon,curd🚫

 
4.Honey-ghee,grapes,radish,any sweet drink
      (also honey should never be heated)


5.Cold water-ghee,oil, watermelon,guava,cucumber,peanuts,chilgosa🚫



6.Hot water/hot drink-honey,ice-cream🚫



7.Ghee-honey in equal amount,cold water,
(Should not be kept in copper utensil)🚫


8.Muskmelon-garlic,curd,milk,radish leaves,water🚫

9.Watermelon-pudina,cold water🚫



10.Rice-vinegar🚫



11.Salt- milk🚫



12.Sprouts- any type of cooked food🚫



13.Urad dal- radish🚫


14.Banana-churn(mattha)🚫
